Table Information and Policies
Tables will be 6 feet and include linens. Sellers may bring a garment rack but must be mindful of space and considerate of neighboring tables. Only one garment rack per table.
Please have a plan to remove all garment racks, hangers, and other items at the end of the event.
Tables may be shared among multiple individuals. However, each table includes two chairs, and no more than two sellers may be at their table at any time for safety purposes.
All individuals participating as sellers are required to hold a valid event ticket.
Item and Table Policies
- The swap meet is intended for individuals to resell their pre-owned J-fashion items in a casual, community-driven setting, similar to a garage sale. Using the swap meet as a storefront for new items or primarily your own handmade items is not permitted.
- All items must be J-fashion related. Brand novelty items are allowed. Fandom merchandise, cosplay, standard plush toys, figures, crane machine prizes, or similar items are not permitted.
- Items may not be hung on walls.
- Frillinois does not facilitate or sell any items directly and is therefore not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers. Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving any issues before, during, and after thee vent. Frillinois is also not responsible for any damage to sellers’ property. Frillinois cannot assist in sales disputes.
- Damaged items may be sold; however, all items must be in repairable condition, clean and sanitary.
